Firstly I would like to wish you all a warm welcome return to the totally new look and feel Club Website and Forum. As you can see it looks a lot fresher and up to date. We have also added much more content to it compared to the previous site. We will be adding even more content as time goes on with lots of useful technical information that will be downloadable in the Members Only Section, like Part Lists, Technical, Service and User Manuals plus historical magazine articles and Sales Literature. We shall also be adding a Club Shop shortly which will be selling not only our Club Merchandise and Collectibles like Jackets, T-Shirts, Patches, Badges, Stickers and Key Rings etc but it will also be packed full of Parts and Accessories for all models of FS1-E and FS1. All the proceeds from the Shop will go towards the running costs of the Club including the Website and Forum development, hosting and maintenance. We also promise to keep the Home Page updated on a regular basis with the rolling News section where you will be able to quickly see what that Club is up to with latest developments, Members Info and Events and Show announcements for your diaries. The Forum has now been recreated using all of the historical data so all of the old posts and photos are back for you to refer to including all of the very popular Restoration Diary entries. We ask you therefore to please do use the Forum as much as possible going forward as we have gone to a lot of effort and expense to be able to salvage this. It is a great way to get involved with the other Members and share your passion and hoppy with like minded people. It offers an invaluable source of information for all things fizzy and there are lots of friendly and willing people on there just waiting to help you out! I trust you will all find the site and the Forum a great improvement on the previous rather static pages so please do make a habit of popping back regularly and checking out what is going on with “YOUR” Club! I look forward to meeting up with some of you over the course of the next few months at some of the upcoming Sports Moped Events in all parts of the country including our very own Club Rally at Buxton in August. The Club motto for this year and going forward is “Ride ‘em, Don’t Hide ‘em!” so it would be great to see a few more of you bring yours fizzys to some of the Ride-Outs that have been organised up and down the country, this the 40th Anniversary of the FS1-E year (see the Events Section for further information on these).
